Wilson Dillard

Wilson is a writer and visual/theatrical artist from Hoover Alabama.

 

"I've enjoyed telling stories my whole life. I spent many afternoons as a kid cooped up in my room acting out epic tales with Power Rangers, crafting lore-rich structures out of Legos, painting with my mom and brother, or writing comics to give to my friends and family. As a teenager, I fully devoted myself to theatre, and started the process of independently designing my first set (under the supervision of my high school's teacher) at just fifteen years old. I graduated from UM this past May, spending much of my time learning and growing in the Art and Theatre Departments.

I'm currently working in Fort Myers as the scenic paint intern for Florida Rep's 28th season!
